Dr. John Addleson founded Cayman's International Medical Group and has been practicing medicine for 34 years, 22 of those in private practice. He is licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of the Cayman Islands, and affiliated with the American College of Alternative Medicine. 

Dr. Addleson's medical services include general medicine, obstetrics, gynaecology, surgery and paediatrics. He specializes in alternative and regenerative therapies.
